i dont even know how people are rating good services if i only received bad... maybe you were the lucky people. i had to keep asking about my bed and if i didnt do follow ups no one cared or i wouldnt even have received my bed... on my husband couches we also have to do all follows ups and seems like they dont want to deliver on saturdays because they dont even get back to u and surley i will not take unpaid days for this service. if i complain they come with sobby stories. seems if money is there and paid they dont care. also they say cash on delivery and its false if i didnt make a eft for my bed they didnt deliver. imagine.
